Just a mini post today, as the time has come to announce the winners of my first blog giveaway! *Insert drum roll here*

First prize goes to Jules from Big Girl Bombshell! Congrats Jules!

Jules will receive a copy of Dr Kausman’s If Not Dieting, Then What? book (review here) as well as his book, Calm Eating, which features Dr Kausman’s own words as well as quotes from clients and other writers and well as the very gorgeous empowerment cards!

And the four runners’ up, who will each be receiving a box of the empowerment cards are:
