It is that time of the week already. Although, this weigh-in week will be a day short for me. But, don’t get me wrong. I am not using that as an excuse. Nor the fact that it is ‘that’ time of the month. Almost, or maybe by tomorrow it will be.
Nope. No excuses. In fact, I have been pretty good this week. Well, except for the whole too-much-alcohol thing. Other than my post-weigh-in frenzy last Sunday, I have only been over my allocated 24 Weight Watchers points on one day – and on that day I consumed 25 points. But, instead of only drinking 2 nights, I only DIDN’T drink on 2 nights…. therefore imbibing in booze on 4 nights.
But, like I said, I have been under points. So, all is not lost. I have been on the scales. Of course. According to mine, I have only lost 300g or so. As at tonight anyway. I will check again tomorrow before before I face the music.
I am also brunching with friends beforehand…. so am unable to spend the first half of the day obsessing about the weigh-in. Which might actually be a nice change.
