This is not a real post, as tomorrow’s is drafted and ready for its final tweaking and publishing (I think!). Rather, I saw this on my Flickr contacts’ list and loved it so much I CANNOT wait to use it in a blog post. I want to share it now…. (See, I am all about instant gratification!)
PS. Days two and three of new healthy-eating plan (aka diet) is going well. I did a long walk yesterday and a interval-ish gym session on cardio equipment today (my first day back at work). My calorie consumption has also been within my limits. So far I’m fine with the food, but not having alcohol at night is the hardest thing. I need treats….

Hi Miz… I quite enjoy these diet (99% fat free) Jarrah hot chocolate sachets we get here in Oz (not sure if they are available in other countries). They are about 50 calories or so. And I must confess to enjoying one of those with skim milk before bed!!!

I love this quote! I have going in about this to anyone who will listen lately! IMO there are no limits and it drives me nuts when people try to tell me there are! I’m convinced we can achieve anything we set our minds to!

I’d never seen this particular one before and loved it!

Wine is something that I still have not given up (not that I give up anything, really) BUT I drink a whole lot less of it than I used to. I usually have one small glass per day, usually in the very late afternoon. And sometimes I have a bit more with dinner. I used to drink a whole bottle…or more! These days I *can’t* overdo anything or else I feel like total crap.

Karen, I recall from previous weight loss attempts, that I have gotten to the stage that I weigh-up the option of drinking some wine for x calories, or having an egg custard, or more rice for the same calories and start making better choices. I’m not quite there yet, but doing okay this time around.
