Hurrah! Not only am I on holidays, but I lost 1.2kgs at Weight Watchers this week. That makes up for the 0.3kg loss last week! It also takes my total weight loss to 9.1kgs in 8 weeks. (I’ve been trying to work out how to add a graph to this site to track my progress, but haven’t sussed it out yet!)
Challenge for the rest of the day is not to go TOO crazy and get back on that horse (ie. back on track) tomorrow!
