Another blogger on my weight loss program has been issuing blogging challenges each week. Unsurprisingly I am a few weeks late in starting, so here I go!
Week 1 challenge: Dream it; do it!

It is 20 August 2011. I am dressing for the end of challenge party which I am attending with hundreds of others on this program. I am excited. Although I am going by myself I have arranged to meet up with others there. I weigh less than 114 kilograms. I’ve lost the 15 kilograms I planned to lose on this program. (Note to blogging challenge God: More would be nice!)
I feel a sense of achievement that today I attended the training day organised for participants. Although I’m not yet running, I was able to take part in the boot camp without shame or embarrassment. I worked hard and was exhausted, but I did it.
As I prepare to travel to the party I am feeling happy and confident with my weight loss and lifestyle changes. But… I do know that I have a long way to go and have to remind myself that I need to continue on my weight loss journey. I cannot relax and ‘stop’ dieting as I have done so many times before. I cannot give up and ruin all of my hard work, waiting for the next round of the program to start. I need to remember that this is FOREVER!
